A Nice Young Man - a mechanical engineer, apparently - inherits his grandfather's machine shop.
Hilarity ensues, as he learns how to be a machinist.
No really, he's funny at least to other nerds, his wife (who I think produces his videos) is funny, and I've even caught him (more likely her) slipping in funny chapter headings and hovercaps.
Maybe avoid if you dislike dad jokes / puns / plays on words.
He is also someone whose patience and perserverence seem like alien traits to me, so I live vicariously through his projects.
There's tons of other great machining / welding / metalworking channels, and I follow several, this one just sorta pinged my memory as I was composing the next chapter in The Saga of the Boring Bar.

I've been following that channel (somehow) since the first video. I love the style and the ongoing story. I rather enjoyed the most recent one where he's showing how to make dominos using different shop tools.
